Chris founded Spyglass Home Builders on a simple belief: people deserve a builder who listens, cares, and delivers exceptional craftsmanship. With 24 years of experience and a deep passion for building and design, Chris leads every project with integrity, creativity, and an unwavering commitment to quality.

He began his career in a cabinet shop, where he developed the patience, precision, and attention to detail that still define his work today. Outside of work, Chris loves taking on hands‑on personal projects — refurbishing old cars, building custom campers, riding his motorcycles, and hitting the road with Meatball, his loyal adventure partner.

He’s also an active volunteer with Evergreen Mountain Bike Alliance and Sisters in Action Sports (SAS).

Jenny brings the real estate expertise that completes the Spyglass experience. She works closely with buyers and sellers to help them understand a property’s potential — whether that means preparing a home for market, identifying value‑add opportunities, or guiding clients through a purchase with confidence.

Her background includes property flipping, distressed home revitalization, and strategic improvements that maximize resale value. She has a natural eye for opportunity and a talent for helping clients make smart, informed decisions.

Outside of work, Jenny loves golfing, traveling, and spending time with her family. Being a mom — and a grandma to three wonderful grandbabies — is one of her greatest joys. And when she finally gets a quiet moment, you’ll usually find her watching Law & Order reruns.

Bob is a key part of the Spyglass leadership team, bringing decades of business ownership and financial management experience. His steady guidance keeps our operations running smoothly and ensures every project is managed with clarity, accountability, and a strong financial foundation. He also serves as our resident HR Manager, supporting the team with the same level of care and consistency he brings to every aspect of the business.

Outside of work, Bob is an unapologetic golf fanatic — and by “love,” we mean it truly consumes him. He’s also the reigning champion of his fantasy baseball league and somehow wakes up each morning with what feels like a full download of every sports stat and game score from the day before. A lifelong Husky Football fan and proud season‑ticket holder, Bob rarely misses a game and brings that same loyalty and enthusiasm to the Spyglass team.
