Carpenter
Growing general contractor specializing in high end residential remodeling and custom home building around Seattle and the Eastside seeking skilled Carpenter to join our team. This is a long-term, stable position with a family owned company where we believe in work/life balance and treating our clients and employees with respect. Our clients have come to appreciate our high standards and put a lot of trust in us knowing that we only hire employees that we would let work in our own homes.
Applicant must possess the following attributes—
~ A full complement of tools
~ Valid WDL and reliable truck
~ Prefer a minimum of 5 years of remodel experience
~ Strong communication skills
~ Willing to work in Drug and Tobacco free job sites
Key job responsibilities—
~Experience with all phases of rough and finish carpentry
~Ability to read blueprints and other construction documents
~Comfortable working independently and with small crews
Our competitive compensation package includes $25-$35 hr starting pay depending on experience, company health insurance plan, 2 weeks vacation after one year, profit sharing plan and $250 per quarter tool allowance.
