Before and after photos of a loft apartment deck off a barn in Arlington. This thing was rotten mess from shotty work done by the previous owner. We surgically removed all the bad timbers and replacing them, as well as properly waterproofed everything. The clients are super happy with the results!
Just finished this new deck loft. It’s the main entrance to an apartment that they rent out. The ledger (where the deck attaches to the house) was completely rotten and near falling off the house. Imagine the lawsuit if their tenants were injured because of this. Check out the before and after pictures below!
